The world cinema has produced some of the very fine sci fi movies of all time. Sometimes it is treated apparantly as movies loved by kids. The more narrow outlook of our kind takes it to a level where the viewers find themselves as alienated to watch the fiction with the perspective of the makers. A TRIP TO THE MOON (1902) was one of the most talked about and successful movies in the early 20th century’s period. Later in the middle of 1950s the movies with scary stuff of aliens and extra terrestrial and earthly monsters got famous. Later, movies such as A SPACE ODYSSEY (2001) gave the audience a new kind of science fiction movie which rose the level of such movies.


THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK is popularly known as STAR WARS : EPISODE V : EMPIRE STRIKES BACK (1980) which was an American film. It was produced by Gary Kurtz, directed by Irvin Kershner and written by George Lucas. The movie is a sequel of the previouly released movie which was also a great success. This movie was the highest earning movie of the 1980s and it has been regarded as one of the greatest movies.

THE BRIDE OF FRANKSTEIN (1935) was an American sci fi movie. It was a sequel to the movie FRANKSTEIN which was released in 1931. This movie was regarded as a better movie than its previous sequel FRANKSTEIN. It was produced by Carl Laemmle Jr. and directed by James Whales. This movie was written by William Hurlbut and John L Balderston. The cast included were Boris Karloff, Colin Clive, Velerie Hobson, Elsa Lanchester, Ernest Thesiger and E E Clive.

The movie is about an adventure to the planet Jupiter which is about robots, artificial intelligence and presence of extra terrestrial beings. The movie casts Keir Dullea and Gary Lockwood. This movie has been regarded aa the most influential movie of all times.

The movie is about an aggressive alien who loss control over his spaceship. This movie has been regarded has the seventh best film in its category till date and has won many awards.

The movie stars Jonathan Pryce, Robert D Niro, Katherine Helmond, Ian Holm, Bob Hoskins, Michael Palin, Ian Richardson, Peter Vaughan and Kim Greist. The film revolves around a man who tries to find a woman who appears in his dreams when he was endulged in a mind numbing work.

The movie was praised by many critics and listed amongst the top ten movies of 2014. It is known as the most expensive Korean production till date.
