Some new character in Mirzapur 2- The much-awaited Amazon show Mirzapur 2 is all set to hit the OTT platform. Recently the makers released the trailer of the upcoming season and it is winning everyone’s heart. Along with the twist and turns, the new season is also coming up with some new characters and that is quite evident in the trailer.
Also, the trailer is clearly showcasing that it’s not only about revenge but also a deadly game that is unexpected. Mirzapur 2 definitely has much more to offer than Mirzapur 1. Apart from the plot, the new character in Mirzapur 2 part are raising the excitement. So, here we have brought the glimpse of them.
New character in Mirzapur 2 who will be seen
The Chief Minister
Remember the role of JP Yadav in Mirzapur 1? Season one does not have a strong political angle but Mirzapur 2 is coming with a bigger and controversial political aspect.
Paritosh Sand is the new face entering the show’s cast. He will be essaying the role of Chief Minister in Mirzapur 2. Let’s see what kind of planning and plotting he will be involved in.
Rati Shankar’s widow
Ace actress Meghna Malik has joined the Bandwagon to play the role of Rati Shankar’s Widow. In the trailer also we can see Rati Shankar’s son (Anjum Sharma) planning to take revenge for his father’s murder. His mother will be seen helping him in this path of killing his father’s murderers.
Dadda Tyagi’s new entry:
Dadda Tyagi
The name of Dadda Tyagi in season 1 came but this time we will see him. Dadda Tyagi also has an interesting and powerful role to essay in the show. Veteran actor M. M. Faruqui will be stepping in this character of a local goon.
Whether he will help Kaleen Bhaiya or be his foe is still a question and a mystery that will be revealed after the release of the show.
Dadda Tyagi’s grandson
Vijay Varma will be playing the role of Dadda Tyagi’s grandson in Mirzapur 2. This season he will shake hands with Munna Bhaiya and Sharad Sharma for the same cause. Their unique alliance will create a lot of mess and is definitely not going to do any good for Bablu and Sweety. It will be exciting to watch Dadda Tyagi’s grandson in the race to sit on the throne of Mirzapur.
Isha Talwar and Priyanshu Painyuli:
Till now no details about their character has come out. However, they both are the new names which have been added in the cast of Mirzapur 2. So, let’s wait and see what is the role stored for them.

Ali Fazal
Like the previous season this time also Hearhrob Ali Fazal is adorning the character of ‘Guddu Pandit’. The only difference will be, this time Guddu will have more power and aggression. His fierce attitude while firing the bullets in the trailer is showing his high level of madness.
The way he will take the revenge of his wife and brother’s death will blow the viewers mind. In one of the promo of Mirzapur 2, Guddu is walking with sticks in his hand. Even so, the anger he has for Tripathi’s is the same as they took everything from him.
Pankaj Tripathi
His famous role of Kaleen Bhaiya will again impress the audience. His strong character adds up more drama and thrill in the show. Last season he got manipulated and killed Guddu’s family. This season another random decision of Kaleen Bhaiya will bring some shock and amazement among the audience.
Divyendu Sharma
Divyendu Sharma is again coming up in his bad-boy Avatar as Munna Bhaiya and Kaleen’s son. In Mirzapur 1 Munna came up with all the dirty games to create violence and destroy Guddu’s family.
This season he will be in a critical situation as he is the main target of Guddu. Also, his fear of Guddu exposing him in front of his Dad will make him go beyond the boundaries.
The Shocking transformation:
Shweta Tripathi
Shweta Tripathi as Gajgamini Gupta has a strong role to play in Mirzapur 2. She will help Guddu in taking revenge from the Tripathi’s for her sister’s murder. Her transformation from a bubbly girl to that of a dangerous woman is worth seeing. The anger that evokes in her after losing her sister creates a different angle in the show.
Besides them, the other actors in Mirzapur 2 cast are Rasika Dugal, Kulbushan Kharbanda and Harshita Gaur as Beena Tripathi, Satyanand Tripathi and Dimpy Pandit.
