1/4 cup refined oil
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Half teaspoon lemon juice
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon rice flour
Little coriander leaves
4 buds of garlic
One quarter spoon turmeric
Half teaspoon coriander powder
One quarter black pepper
Bread slice as needed
To make this delicious recipe, first wash and peel the avocado and keep it aside. Now heat 2 cups of water in a vessel and put the peeled avocado and put it on the gas. Boil them until it becomes soft. Now drain the water and let the avocado cool down.
Mash the avocado. Now chop garlic, ginger and carrots in different sizes. Chop coriander leaves and onion finely.
Now heat refined oil in a frying pan and put carrots in it. Fry carrots for 5 minutes and add grated ginger, garlic and onions. Cook for a few minutes. Now add coriander leaves and mix it.
After this, add garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper and cumin powder and mix all the ingredients well. Now add mashed avocados, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
If the mixture is thin, add some rice flour in it. Now turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. When it cools down, make small balls of this mixture and wrap them in a piece of bread and put them aside.
Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry these balls. When it turns golden brown, take these koftas out from the oil.
