Chilli Calamari Recipe

There are so many delicious and tasty recipes, not only in India but all over the world, whose taste will fall in your heart. One of those recipe is Chilli Calamari. This is a Chinese recipe, which can be easily made at home. But the hardest part of this recipe is the cutting the squid.

 

INGREDIENTS

4 squid fish

4 red chillies

Little pepper black pepper

2 teaspoons green onions

8 bud garlic

1 teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoon virgin olive oil

 

RECIPE

 Step 1

Even though it is a Chinese recipe (Chilli Calamari Recipe), but it is very easy to make it. For this, first wash the squid fish thoroughly and cut it in round but thin pieces of 1/2 centimeter.

 

 Step 2

Wash the green onions well and chop them finely. Peel garlic also finely cut it and put it in a separate vessel. Likewise, keep red chillies too.

 

Step 3

Now put a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped red chilies and garlic in it.

 

 Step 4

Keep stirring like you would do in a stir fry. When the colour changes to light brown, add green onions too. Cook for two minutes and then add squid to the pan. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes.

 

 Step 5

Keep stirring the mixture often so that it does not burn. When the squid fish (Chilli Calamari Recipe) is completely cooked, add salt and black pepper in it. Turn off the gas after a while and serve hot.
