Mistakes in Bollywood movies are not a very uncommon thing. It’s just that we often fail to note them as we are much engaged in it. However, when later we come to know about these errors, it becomes quite recognizable.

It’s a big misconception to think that B-Town movies are always perfect. There are a lot of Bollywood blockbusters that have illogical scenes. Still, our engrossment in them makes these mistakes ignorable. Thus, to clear your delusion we have compiled a list of silly mistakes that have happened in B-Town movies.

Epic mistakes in Bollywood movies:

  • PK

No doubt, Rajkumar Hirani’s PK starring Aamir Khan is a great film and had done wonders on Box Office. Even so, there is a mistake in a scene that hardly anyone would be aware of. In the film, Sushant Singh Rajput tells Anushka that he works at Bruges in the Pakistani Embassy. Now the funny part is that there is no embassy of Pakistan in Bruges. Maybe PK’s filmmaker has formed one!

  • Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

You must be surprised to see Farhan Akhtar’s one of the best films in the list of mistakes in Bollywood movies. Yet, unfortunately, this epic movie too had a mistake. The film was set in 1950 whereas Farhan playing Milkha was spotted singing the song ‘Nanna Muna’, which was released in 1962. Besides this, Milkha Singh was also spotted riding the 2012 Royal Enfield model in a scene.

  • Ra.One

Ra. One surely has a scene that will make you go lolz and, maybe a little irritated. Despite Shahrukh being a typical South Indian guy, he gets a Christian funeral. No problem may be the director wants it to be in a Christian way. Still, immediately after that Kareena is seen immersing his ashes with their son into the river. How is this possible?

  • Lagaan

When it comes to mistakes in Bollywood movies, Aamir Khan’s superhit Lagaan always takes the place in the list. The Ashutosh Gowariker’s cricket flick was set during the time of 1892. At that period, the cricket rules were quite different from today. England used to allow only 5 balls in an over but in Lagaan, the cricketers bowled 6 balls in an over. Maybe they thought that taking an extra ball may increase the chances of winning.

  • Pyaar Ka Punchnama

This superb comedy film also adds up in the category of mistakes in Bollywood movies. At the starting of the film, all three actors are seen going at a Dhaba on the bike. But, later when they leave the three are spotted going in a Jeep. How from nowhere this miracle suddenly happened?

  • Hum Dil De Chuke Saman

This film is considered to have one of the dumbest mistakes in Bollywood movies. In the movie, Ajay Devgn and Aishwarya Rai go to Italy to find Salman Khan. The funny thing is, in the climax scene all the actors are seen on the popular Szechenyi Chain Bridge above River Danube which is situated in Budapest. How can two places merge? Only Sanjay Leela Bhansali can give a perfect explanation of this. Maybe he thought everyone would think that its part of Italy. Sadly, many people know about both destinations very well.

  • Sholay

Even the most celebrated and popular film of 1975 has one of the silliest mistakes in Bollywood movies. In Sholay, the village was shown having no electricity but then how they had an overhead water tank? Isn’t this weird because the water tank works with motor and, without no light this is impossible.

  • Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge

Without any doubt, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s DDLJ is many people’s forever favorite. The film is even today known as one of the most romantic movies in Bollywood. However, do you know even this amazing film had a mistake that is hard to notice? The movie shows the second half set in a village of Punjab. Then, how can Maharashtra come in between? In the end, when Simran runs to hold Raj’s hand, the Station nameplate reads “Apta. Surprisingly, Apta is a small place near Mumbai and is approximately 1800Kms away from Punjab.

Besides this, there is another idiotic thing that makes DDLJ count under mistakes in Bollywood movies. It’s the most loved scene where Kajol runs to hold Raj’s hand while the train is moving. In the scene, a coach gate is just in front of Kajol but instead of entering that she runs for the same one where Raj is standing. Isn’t this quicky? Well, the makers wanted the actress to take risks for her love.

  • Krrish 2

We all are aware of 9 months of pregnancy but what about 2 years? In Bollywood, everything is possible and it can be observed in Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 2. This movie would always join the bandwagon of Mistakes in Bollywood movies. Hrithik aka Rohit stays in Singapore for almost 2 years and after he dies, Preity is seen delivering a baby.
